Do I need special hardware or barcode scanners?
No. Kellan runs directly in any modern web browser on the phone, tablet, or laptop you already own. There are no proprietary terminals, dedicated handheld scanners, or hardware leases required.
What happens if our Wi-Fi drops in the walk-in cooler or basement?
Kellan is built local-first. Your counts, routines, and stock lists live on your device as well as our server. You can complete opening checklists and inventory counts without any cell or Wi-Fi signal; everything syncs automatically as soon as your device reconnects.
Does Kellan place orders with our distributors automatically?
No. Kellan drafts suggested order quantities based on your on-hand counts and targets, but it never contacts a distributor without your explicit review and confirmation. You remain in complete control of what leaves the building.
How does team access work?
You invite staff members with their email address. They sign in using a secure link—no passwords to remember, share, or reset. Everyone on your team sees the same shared day.
Can I export our data if we ever decide to leave?
Yes, at any time. You can export your supplies, routines, and operational history directly from your account settings as standard spreadsheets without asking our permission.
How does pricing work?
Kellan is billed as a simple monthly or annual subscription per location with no setup fees, hidden user seat charges, or long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time directly in your account.
